Problems at Miron Construction on Linden Drive

Continuing problems with muddy runoff from the Miron site for the Cancer Treatment Center. Allowing mud in the gutter, plus failing to deflect runoff entering the site, is resulting in muddy runoff getting into Lake Mendota.

Any dirt in the gutter goes straight to the lake. Just a man with a broom could solve this prolem.

This site and this problem are relatively small as things go, but this gutter would be easy to clean, and you can see the mud goes straight to the lake. Why is it so hard to get this right?
